The Prioleau Ballroom
Located on the second floor, our historic ballroom features rich wood accents and the exposed brick walls of the original Civil War era shipping warehouse. The six deep window seats are perfect for candlelight. The ballroom is attached to a beautifully furnished foyer, ideal for pre-dinner cocktails. This room is well-suited for plated events for up to 150, seated events with a dance floor for up to 120 and reception-style parties for up to 300.
The Rooftop Terrace
On our third floor, the rooftop terrace is our most popular space. Featuring a brick patio and built-in bar, it is the perfect setting for an elegant outdoor ceremony, casual reception, low country boil or oyster roast. The Terrace can host seated events up to 100 and reception style parties up to 150. Tenting options are available, so the terrace can be used year-round.
The Palmetto Room
This is truly the most unique room in town. Located on the first floor with skylights in the vaulted cathedral ceilings and exposed original brick walls, this room is the ideal cozy atmosphere for a more intimate party. The Palmetto Room is perfect for seated dinners with up to 80 guests, seated dinners with a dance floor for up to 50 and reception-style parties for up to 100.
The Sumter Room
The Sumter room is a lovely space for an intimate gathering. On the corner of the building, it has two walls of windows, with plenty of natural light to warm the room. This room is perfect for 40 guests seated at round tables, 25 guests seated at a conference table and 50 guests at a reception style party.
The Colony Room
During the day, his private room is ideal for executive board meetings, or conferences. Located on the second floor, it is tucked away for ultimate privacy. It includes a permanent board room table and tv for AV needs. During the evening, this can serve as a cozy space for an intimate dinner for up to 12 guests.
