Wellness

Here at the Harbour Club we offer a la carte health, wellness and physical activity benefits and programs for our Members.  Our quarterly Wellness Wednesday speaker series features local and regional health experts discussing various wellness topics including skin care, mental health, sleep and exercise routines and more. 

We also offer our Ashley Vista Yoga Series which is a weekly yoga class held on our beautiful Terrace overlooking the Ashley River. Attendees bring their own mat and equipment and enjoy one hour of refreshing yoga. Our yoga instructor is Amy Hills who tailors the class to all levels from beginners to the advanced.

Our Brunch Yoga Series is designed for those who want to stretch and unwind from a busy week. Brunch Yoga happens the last Sunday of every month at 10:00 a.m. This class also takes place on the Terrace with the backdrop of the river and includes a Mimosa or Bloody Mary at the end.
