Ashley’s Gate

Our main dining room, Ashley’s Gate, features fine dining in a picturesque, garden-inspired setting overlooking the Ashley River and Brittlebank Park. The entrance to Ashley’s Gate is bolstered by a bold, wrought-iron gate which harkens back to the numerous gates throughout the gardens, grounds and secret alleyways of Charleston. These gates, originally from the 1800’s, are from the Bank of France in Paris.

With a focus on seasonal Lowcountry ingredients, our ever-changing menu stays exciting and modern with elegant southern staples that aim to impress. We strive for seamless unobtrusive service with our exceptional service team. Our Ashley’s Gate Cocktail List was created to compliment this menu, with food friendly, ingredient-driven expressions. Adjacent to Ashley’s Gate is High Garden, a private dining room. This stylishly appointed room offers seating for 10 comfortably and has beautiful river views. Designed for hosting intimate lunches or dinners, the space is also equipped with a flat screen TV for use in meetings or small events.
